To make your car rental booking stress free, we have a number of ways for you to place your rental car booking.

Once we receive your inquiry or online booking, our sales representative will confirm the booking with you, either by email or by telephone call.

All bookings will be confirmed via emails.Upon completion of booking, you will receive an email to confirm your date, time and vehicle.We will follow this up with a sales call or email from our sales representative to confirm your name and payment details.Due to our company policy, we only able to reserve the car for customer if they have made a deposit of RM200.00 for the car rental.

It is important to note that while you can drop off your vehicle at another location where we have a branch, there is an additional charge for this. This charge will not show up in the booking form. But our sales representative will bring this up when he or she contact you to confirm your booking. This service is only vehicle rental for 3 days and above.

For your convenience, the charges are as listed below:
1. Kota Kinabalu (Pick-up) – Sandakan (Drop-off) = RM 400.00
2. Kota Kinabalu (Pick-up) – Lahad Datu (Drop-off) = RM 500.00
3. Kota Kinabalu (Pick-up) – Tawau (Drop-off) = RM 550.00
4. Kota Kinabalu (Pick-up) – Semporna (Drop-off) = RM 650.00
5. Sandakan (Pick-up) – Lahad Datu (Drop-off) = RM 300.00
6. Sandakan (Pick-up) – Semporna (Drop-off) = RM 600.00
7. Sandakan (Pick-up) – Tawau (Drop-off) = RM 500.00
8. Tawau (Pick-up) – Lahad Datu (Drop-off) = RM 300.00
9. Tawau (Pick-up) – Semporna (Drop-off) = RM 200.00

Please note that all car rentals have CDW insurance fee which is calculated on a daily basis. The CDW stands for Collusion, Damages Waiver and is not included in the list price of the car rental price.
The CDW price is included in your online booking price.

For vehicles below 1500cc, the CDW is RM18 per day.
For vehicles above 1600cc, the CDW is RM25 per day.
